Check Ambient Air Temperature Sensor

Ignition "OFF".
Disconnect Ambient Air Temperature Sensor connector.

Measure resistance between Pin No. 1 (Ambient Temperature Sensor (+)) terminal and Pin No. 2 (Sensor Ground) terminal of the Ambient Air Temperature Sensor. (Component Side)

Specification: Refer to SPECIFICATION

Is the measured value within specification?
YES
- Go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
- If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace the Ambient Temperature Sensor and go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
