Component Inspection

  1. Ignition switch 'OFF'.
  2. Ignition switch 'ON'.
  3. Connect GDS and select "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC)" mode.
  4. Using a GDS and clear the DTC.
  5. Select "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC)" mode again.
  6. Are any DTCs present?

    YES 

    • The main cause of this code is that improper CAN signal from TCM system is detected.
    • Check DTCs in TCM system. If there is a code in TCM system, repair according to DTC diagnostic guide of TCM system.

    NO
