Signal Circuit Inspection

  1. Ignition "OFF" and disconnect HO2S (B2S1) connector.
  2. Ignition "ON".
  3. Measure voltage between Pin No. 1 (high) terminal of HO2S (B2S1) harness connector and chassis ground.
  4. Measure voltage between Pin No. 2 (low) terminal of HO2S (B2S1) harness connector and chassis ground.

    Specification:  Approx. 0.9V (high) & 0.6V (low)

  5. Ignition "OFF" & Disconnect PCM connector.
  6. Measure resistance between Pin No. 1 (high) terminal of HO2S (B2S1) harness connector and chassis ground.
  7. Measure resistance between Pin No. 2 (low) terminal of HO2S (B2S1) harness connector and chassis ground.

    Specification:  ∞ (Infinity)Ω

  8. Has a problem been found?

    YES 

    NO
