Component Inspection: Notes

■ SPTAC calibration procedure (Using calibration target) 

1. Ignition switch "OFF"
2. Connect GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
3. Ignition switch "ON"
4. Select "Vehicle S/W Management"  on GDS.
5. Perform "SPTAC calibration" in "Vehicle S/W Management" with GDS.

6. Clear any DTCs stored in the system with KDS/GDS.
7. Re-check DTC in the system with KDS/GDS.
8. Did the same DTC is stored in the system?

   YES 

   • Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.

   NO 

   • If no problems still occurs, replace LDWS/LKAS ECU and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
   • Fault might be caused by not performing variant coding after LDWS/LKAS ECU replacement. Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
