Control Circuit Inspection

  1. IG "OFF" & Disconnect FLS connector.
  2. IG "ON".
  3. Measure voltage between Pin No. 1 (FUEL SENDER(+)) terminal of FLS harness connector and chassis ground.(A)
  4. Measure voltage between Pin No. 1 (FUEL SENDER(+)) terminal and Pin No. 3 (FUEL SENDER(-)) terminal of the FLS.(B)

    Specification:  "A" - "B" = Below 200mV

  5. Is the measured voltage within specification?

    YES 

    NO
