System Inspection

■ Battery Voltage Check 

1. Ignition "ON"
2. Measure the voltage between the positive and negative terminals of the battery.

   Specification:  Above 11V

3. Is the measured voltage within specification?

   YES 

   • Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
   • If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace the ECM/PCM and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair " procedure.

   NO 

   • Repair as necessary. Go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair " procedure.
