- Vehicle speed is slower than 1.9 mi/h (3 km/h)
- Pedal value is less than 0.01%

- Current RPM is lower than target RPM as much as 270RPM (Engine speed too low) or Current RPM is faster than target RPM as much as 500RPM (Engine speed too high)
