DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN hardware monitoring
  1. Poor connector connection
  2. Faulty HECU
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
  • No related DTC is stored
Threshold Value
  • Abnormal CAN control resistor
  • Abnormal message buffer
Disable Condition
  • Ignition "OFF" and then "ON"
Warning Lamp
  • ESC (ESP) Warning Indicator Lamp "ON"
