Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Electrical signal monitoring
  1. Poor connector connection
  2. Ambient temperature sensor circuit is open or short (Perform fault diagnosis of air conditioning systems)
  3. Fault of ambient temperature sensor
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON"
  • HVAC (FATC) is operation

  • A/C ECU sends the ambient temperature value "error message"
