DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check motor current
  1. Faulty Motor
  2. Faulty ECU current sensor
Enable Conditions
  • Engine "ON"
Threshold Value
  • Motor current diff error
    • (Measured motor current - Request motor current) > Threshold (30A)
  • Motor over current error
    • Motor actual current > 160A
Fail Safe
  • EPS warning lamp "ON"
Restoration Conditions
  • Normal condition after IG on → off
