- Vehicle speed greater than 31mph (49.88km/h) for 8 seconds equal to or over 2 times, and air mass flow between 24 - 300kg/h
- ECTS at cranking under 75 °C (167 °F) ECTS while cranking engine under 75°C (167°F)
