DTC B169B-00: Left Intelligent CONN Module (I-CON) LIN Communication Error: General Description: General Description

This DTC is set when communication error between DDM and other modules occurs.

Body CAN communication Control Units: BCM (Body Control Module), DDM (Drive Door Module), ADM (Assist Door Module), DPSM (Drive Power Seat Module), APSM (Assist Power Seat Module), FSJB (Front Smart Junction Box), RSJB (Rear Smart Junction Box), SCM (Steering Column Module), MFSW (Multi-Function Switch Module), SWRC (Steering Wheel Remote Controller Module), ARS (Rear Armrest Switch Module), ILM (Interior Lamp Module), PTM (Power Trunk Lid Module), HUD (Head Up Display), SMK (Smart Key Module)

DDM is linked with LHI-CON (Drive Integrated Connector) by Serial communication line. Therefore, It is possible to control Drive Outside Mirror of Folding/Unfolding by DDM.

*¹ CAN (Controller Area Network): CAN is serial bus communication type which links not only communication system but also control units each other.

*² LIN (Local Interconnect Network): LIN is serial communication type which is used in electrical control system. (This is less expensive.)
