Control Circuit Inspection
- IG "OFF" & Disconnect FLS connector.
- IG "ON".
- Measure voltage between Pin No. 1 (FUEL SENDER (+)) terminal of FLS harness connector and chassis ground. (A)
- Measure voltage between Pin No. 1 (FUEL SENDER (+)) terminal and Pin No. 3 (FUEL SENDER (-)) terminal of the FLS. (B)
Specification: "A" - "B" = Below 200mV
- Is the measured voltage within specification?
YES
- Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
