DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Plausibility check during fuel cut off
  1. Poor Connector Connection
  2. Defected Upstream O2 Sensor
Enable Conditions
  • Fuel cut off active
  • Sensor pump current valid
  • Sensor heater control: normal heating
  • Exhaust gas Temp. higher than 572°F(300°C)
  • Battery voltage higher than 11V and lower than 16V
Threshold value
  • Upstream O2 sensor voltage higher than or equal to 2.1V and lower than 3.1V
Diagnosis Time
  • 6 sec.
MIL On Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycle
