Monitor GDS Data

  1. Connect GDS to DLC (Data Link Cable).
  2. Warm up the engine to normal operating temperature.
  3. Check the "Current Data"  about related DTC with GDS.

    A: Engine Idle after Warm Up(Approx. 4000 kPa = Approx. 40bar)

    B: Approx. 2000rpm(Approx. 4000 kPa = Approx. 40bar)

    A: Approx. 12124 kPa = Approx. 121bar

  4. Perform "Actuation Test"  with GDS when there is no change in service data as above.

  5. Are the parameters displayed correctly?

    YES 

    • Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor's and/or ECM's connector or was repaired and ECM memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and go to "Verification Of Vehicle Repair " procedure.
