Measure voltage between control terminal of the oil control valve harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Approx. Duty (+) 92%

NOTE: Signal waveform in control circuit with ignition ON & Engine ON.
Is voltage within specification?
YES
- Go to "Terminal And Connector INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Repair short to ground in control circuit and go to "Verification Of Vehicle Repair " procedure.
