Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN message monitoring
  1. Faulty ECM (PCM)
  2. Faulty HECU
Enable Conditions
  • TCS, Engin torque, TPS and pedal measurement error in EMS message during driving
Fail Safe
  • Inhibit the ESP (ESC) control and allow the ABS/EBD control
  • The ESP (ESC) warning lamp is activated
