Power Circuit Inspection

■ Open Or Short Check 

1. IG "ON".
2. Measure voltage between power terminal of the wheel speed sensor harness connector and chassis ground.

   Specification:  Approx. B+

3. Is the measured value within specifications?

   YES 

   • Go to "SIGNAL CIRCUIT INSPECTION " procedure.

   NO 

   • Repair open or short in power circuit between HECU harness connector and wheel speed sensor harness connector and then go to "Verification Of Vehicle Repair " procedure.
   • If there is no problem in Power circuit, Substitute with a known-good HECU and check for proper operation. If problem is corrected, replace HECU and then go to "Verification Of Vehicle Repair " procedure.
   NOTE: ** In case of replacing HECU, perform following procedures.
   

   1. "ASP Calibration" for steering angle sensor offset correction (refer to C1261 )
   2. "Longitudinal Sensor Calibration" for Longitudinal sensor offset correction (refer to C1285 )
   3. "Variant Coding" (refer to C1702 )
