DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check Motor current
  1. Faulty Motor
  2. Faulty ECU current sensor
Enable conditions
  • Engine ON.
Threshold value
  • Comparison current not the same.
Fail Safe
  • Assist performance inhibited.
  • EPS warning lamp "ON".
Restoration Conditions
  • Normal condition after IG on → off
