DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check ECU H/W
  1. Faulty MCU
  2. Faulty memory
  3. Sensor/motor breakdown accumulation
Enable conditions
  • IG ON.
Threshold value
  • ECU H/W error occurs.
Fail Safe
  • EPS warning lamp "ON", EPS control is inhibited.
Restoration Conditions
  • Fault is cleared on next ignition cycle.
