DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Circuit monitoring
  1. Open or short ESP (ESC) switch
  2. Faulty ESP (ESC) switch
Threshold Value
  • When the ESP (ESC) switch is ON for 1 minute
Fail-Safe
  • Allow the ABS/EBD/ESP (ESC) control
  • The ESP (ESC) warning lamp is not activated
