DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN message monitoring
  1. Body CAN communication error between cluster and multi function switch
  2. Faulty SCC multi function switch
Enable Conditions
  • Engine Run
  • No low voltage/over voltage DTC
Threshold value
  • SCC remote control switch fail message is received from cluster
Diagnosis Time
  • Continuous (minimum fault detect time: 500ms)
Recover Condition
  • As soon as the message is received again
Fail Safe
  • SCC Disengagement/Shutdown
  • Red SCC warning lamp turns on
