Slide front interlocking direction (headrest down)

If you move the slide backwards using the manual switch, the headrest interlocks with it based on the following conditions (same for the B+, IGN and IDLE).

1. The headrest motor works in 5 steps (80 mm, 64 mm, 48 mm, 32 mm, 16 mm, and 0 mm) based on the 154 mm, 125 mm, 96 mm, 67 mm, and 47.5 mm positions of the slide operation range (0-240mm).
2. If you move the slide forwards using the manual switch and the interlocking position is higher than the headrest, then only the slide moves.
3. No pulse is inputted when moving the slide with the manual switch. The motor continues to operate even if an error occurs due to no pulse input. In this case, a headrest position difference occurs that equals the pulses not inputted.

Priority for headrest operation

: Press the manual switch > self diagnosis forced operation > headrest interlocking when moving the slide with the manual switch > recall button. Setting

e.g., If the system receives the initial value setting command CAN data from the IPM, then it forces the slide to move forward and the headrest to move down. If the front head limit switch is on and the one-second pulse for the headrest has fewer than 6 pulses, the slide regards this as the end and saves the value in the EEPROM.

(1): Current position value (slide: 120 mm and headrest: 40 mm)

(2): Input CAN data (input SET related data).

(3): Move the slide forward and move the headrest down, and then save the position value.

* CAN data: The system receives CAN reception data from the IPM.

* Setting: Set the initial values of the slide-interlocked headrest function.

Settings-related buzzer output

(1): The buzzer sounds once if the settings are completed correctly within the maximum output time.

(2): The buzzer sounds three times if the CAN data related to the seat command is received and inputted (setting stops).

(3): The buzzer sounds three times if both ends are not determined before the maximum output time has elapsed (setting stops).
