Operation using the manual switch

  1. The driver's side manual switch can operate the seat when the following conditions are satisfied.
    • The manual switch is on (slide forward/backward, backrest forward/backward, front height adjustment up/down, rear height adjustment up/down, cushion extension forward/backward, and headrest up/down).
  2. The PSM's maximum operation time depends on the motor.
    • Slide: 20 s ± 2 s
    • Backrest: 35 s ± 3 s
    • Front height adjustment: 10 s ± 1 s
    • Rear height adjustment: 20 s ± 1.5 s
    • Headrest: 10 s ± 1 s
    • Cushion extension: 15 s ± 1 s
  3. The manual switch overrides a self diagnosis forced operation command. (The system ignores the forced operation)
