Repair procedures: Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Installation is reverse of removal.
NOTE:
  • Be careful not to damage other hose by when tightening the clamp.
  • Install the clamp in the specified direction to prevent interference with surrounding components.
  • Refill the hybrid motor cooling system with coolant and then perform the air bleeding using the GDS. (Refer to "COOLANT ")
  • Perform the resolver calibration using the GDS. (Refer to "Resolver Calibration ")
  • Perform the clutch pressure sensor calibration using the GDS. (Refer to "CLUTCH PRESSURE SENSOR CALIBRATION ")
  • Confirm the coolant leak or fluid leak from the hose connections part in state of engine start.
