General Information: DTC Detecting Condition

DTC Strategy
  • Ignition efficiency check(Cold Start Strategy)
  1. Poor connection
  2. Open or short in harness
  3. Ignition Coil
Enable Conditions
  • Catalyst heating active time >3 sec
  • Engine Load < 55 %
  • vehicle speed = 0
Threshold Value
  • Average of spark efficiency deviation during 10sec > Threshold
Diagnostic Time
  • 10 sec
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycle
