W/Harness Inspection

Non-compliance with the following instructions can induce death or injury caused by electric shock.
- Carefully read and follow service manual instructions.
- Wear insulated gloves, safety glasses and use insulated tools for your safety.
- Turn the ignition switch off and Disconnect ground cable of auxiliary battery and Remove the safety plug.
- Wait for more than 5 minutes so that the inverter capacitor can be naturally discharged.
- Check high voltage terminal on Power Relay Assembly is lower than 30V.
- Perform Resolver adaptation after the HPCU or the Driver Motor or the Generator(HSG) is replaced or reinstalled.
- When replaced HPCU, Perform airbleeding for HPCU with GDS.
- Perform a visual check of the Electrical systems including the harness connectors and check for corrosion and deformation.plus poor terminals fit.
- Poor connections can be checked by monitoring signals in current data while moving and lightly pulling on the harness and connectors.
- Has a problem been found?
YES
- Repair as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Go to "W/HARNESS INSPECTION " procedure.
