- Ignition voltage ≥ 10V
- Fuel reduction not active
- Engine running
- Engine running long enough ≥ 60sec.
- Power Enrichment conditions present
- Engine coolant warm enough ≥ 60° (140°F)
- Above conditions met long enough ≥ 1.5sec.
