Power Steering Oil Pump: Reassembly

Assemble a new O-ring to the connector assembly (A).

Insert the spring and flow control valve (B) into the pump body and then tighten the connector assembly (A).
Tightening torque N.m (kgf.m, lb-ft):

70-80 (7.0-8.0, 51-58)

Assemble new O-rings (A) to the pump body.

Insert the side plate (A) into the pump body.

Assemble the rotor (A) to pump.

Assemble the vanes (B) to the rotor (B) grooves.

Insert the cam ring (A) into the pump body.

Assemble a new gasket (B) and pump cover (A) to the pump body and then tighten the mounting bolts.
Tightening torque N.m (kgf.m, lb-ft):

15-20 (1.6-2.0, 11-15)

Assemble a new O-ring (B) and suction pipe (A) and then tighten the mounting bolts.

Assemble the pump pulley (A) to pump shaft and then tighten the nut and spring washer together.
Tightening torque N.m (kgf.m, lb-ft):

54-68, 5.5-6.9, 40-50
