Signal Circuit Inspection

  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect "TRANSAXLE RANGE SWITCH" and "TCM (PCM)" connector.
  3. Measure resistance between each terminal of the sensor harness connector and TCM (PCM) harness connector as below.

    Specification :

    RESISTANCE SPECIFICATIONS

    Pin No of "TRANSAXLE RANGE SWITCH" C438 No.1 C438 No.3 C438 No.4 C438 No.7
    Pin No of "TCM (PCM)" harness C401-A NO.6 C401-A NO.3 C401-A NO.5 C401-A NO.4

  4. Is resistance within specifications?

    YES 

    NO
