Signal Circuit Inspection

  1. Voltage inspection
    1. Key "OFF".
    2. Disconnect the A/C pressure sensor connector.
    3. Key "ON".
    4. Measure the voltage between terminal 2 of A/C pressure sensor harness connector and chassis ground.

      Specification: Approx. 0V

    5. Is the measured voltage within specification ?

      YES 

      NO 

      • Go to  2 "Short in circuit inspection" procedure.
  2. Short in circuit inspection
    1. Key "OFF".
    2. Disconnect A/C pressure sensor connector and ECM/PCM connector.
    3. Measure the resistance between terminal 2 and terminal 3 of A/C pressure sensor harness connector.

      Specification: Infinite

    4. Is the measured resistance within specification ?

      YES 

      NO
