Signal Circuit Inspection

  1. Ignition "ON"
  2. Measure voltage between terminal 1 of the sensor harness connector and chassis ground.

    Specification: Approx. 5V

  3. Is voltage within the specification?

    YES 

    NO 

    • Check the short to ground in signal circuit.

    --> Repair as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
