DTC P0182: Fuel Temp Sensor A Circuit Low Input: DTC Detecting Condition

DTC DETECTING CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSES

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Output voltage is monitored.
  • Poor connection
  • Short to ground in Fuel temperature sensor circuit
  • Faulty Fuel temperature sensor
  • Faulty ECM
Enable Conditions
  • Time after start > 2 sec.
Threshold value
  • Output voltage < 0.1V
Diagnosis Time
  • Continuous
MIL On Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
