DTC P0337 Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input: DTC Detecting Condition

DTC DETECTING CONDITION

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Change of output voltage ( Vckp) is monitored.
  • Poor connection
  • Open or short to ground in CKPS circuit
  • Faulty CKPS
  • Faulty PCM
Enable Conditions
  • Cranking Switch "ON"
Threshold value
  • Vcmp = 0
  • Vckps remains Lo > 2sec
Diagnosis Time
  • Continuous
MIL On Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
