General Information: DTC Detecting Condition

DTC DETECTING CONDITION CHART

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Difference of fuel level voltage is monitored
  • Poor connection
  • Faulty Fuel level sensor (FLS)
  • Faulty PCM
Enable Conditions
  • Battery voltage greater than or equal to 10V
  • After Start > 10 sec
Threshold value
  • Difference of fuel level voltage for 400 sec when Vehicle speed does not equal 0 to less than or equal to 0.059V & 0.02V less than or equal to Output voltage less than or equal to 4.96V
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuous
MIL ON condition
  • 2 driving cycles
