ASCM Verification Test

PERFORM THE ASCM VERIFICATION TEST 

  1. Turn the ignition off.
  2. Disconnect all jumper wires and reconnect all previously disconnected components and connectors.
  3. Turn the ignition on.
  4. With the scan tool, erase DTCs.
  5. Make sure that all accessories are turned off and that the battery is fully charged.
  6. Using In-Vehicle Suspension Switch, set the vehicle in "OFF-ROAD (2)" to test for proper system operation.
    NOTE:

    Door and Hood ajar will prevent the ASCM from adjusting.

  7. If no issues found going into "OFF-ROAD (2)", Place vehicle into" via Air Suspension Switch.
  8. If no issues found going into "ENTRY/EXIT", Place vehicle back into "NORMAL" via Air Suspension Switch.
  9. Test drive the vehicle (up to highway speeds) and verify proper operation.
  10. With the scan tool, read the ASCM DTCs.

    Are there any ACTIVE DTCs present in the Air Suspension Control Module (ASCM)?

    Yes 

    No 

    • Repair is complete.
