Power Distribution Center (PDC)

REMOVAL 

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable(s). Refer to: BATTERY DISCONNECT - DUAL 12 VOLT BATTERY SYSTEM .
  2. Remove the PDC cover by pressing inward on both latches located on the sides of the PDC.

  3. Disconnect the Z-case fuse array eyelets from the PDC.
  4. Loosen the screws that secure the PDC wire harness connectors on the underside of the PDC.
    NOTE:

    These screws are captured and cannot be completely removed.

  5. Use a trim stick or equivalent tool to release the latches that secure the PDC to the lower tray and separate the two.
    NOTE:

    There are four latches, two on each side of the PDC.

  6. Remove the four wire harness connectors on the underside of the PDC by gently wiggling from side to side while pulling.
  7. Remove the PDC from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION 

Follow the removal procedure in reverse for general reassembly of the components on the vehicle. The steps listed below are calling out specific procedures that should be followed during installation.
