Power Window Switch - Rear

REMOVAL 

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable(s). Refer to 2.0L, BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT - SINGLE 12V BATTERY SYSTEM and/or 2.0L, BATTERY DISCONNECT - DUAL 12 VOLT BATTERY SYSTEM and/or 2.0L, 12-VOLT BATTERY DISCONNECT/CONNECT - PHEV and/or 3.0L, BATTERY DISCONNECT - DUAL 12 VOLT BATTERY SYSTEM and/or 3.6L, BATTERY DISCONNECT - DUAL 12 VOLT BATTERY SYSTEM and/or 3.6L, HYBRID, BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT - SINGLE 12V BATTERY SYSTEM and/or 6.4L, BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT - SINGLE 12V BATTERY SYSTEM .
2. Remove center console end cap. Refer to CONSOLE, FLOOR, END CAP, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

3. Using a trim tool (special tool #C-4755, Trim Stick) or equivalent, separate the retaining clips and remove the rear console bezel from the rear of the console.
4. Disconnect the wire harness connectors.

5. Remove the fasteners and remove the switch assembly from the rear trim.

6. Release the tabs and remove the switch from the bezel.

INSTALLATION 

Follow the removal procedure in reverse for general reassembly of the components on the vehicle. The steps listed below are calling out specific procedures that should be followed during installation.

• Tighten the fasteners securely.
