Removal And Installation: Installation

Install the flexplate (1).
Install the washer (2).
Install NEW flexplate bolts (3) and tighten in a criss-cross pattern to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
CAUTION:
Do not use an impact socket or a thick walled socket when removing or installing the flexplate retaining bolts, damage to the crankshaft, internal engine or the transmission may occur.
Install the transmission. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
