Isolator, Front CROSSMEMBER, Torsion: Installation

INSTALLATION

1. Position the (special tool #2054503130, Installer, Bushing) onto the new isolator (1) with the pins (4) lined up with the narrow part of the isolator (2).

2. Assemble tools over isolator crossmember assembly as shown:
   1. (special tool #2054501130, Remover, Bushing)
   2. (special tool #2054503130, Installer, Bushing)
   3. (special tool #2026900170, Kit, Pressing Tool)
   4. Isolator

3. Position the isolator with the notches (1) of Installer, Bushing 2054503130 facing forward and lined up with the notch in the crossmember.
4. Install special tool (special tool #2054504130, Guide, Bushing Installer) (2) onto Installer, Bushing 2054503130 (1) to line up the tool with the notch in the crossmember correctly.

5. Position the tool (special tool #2054502130, Receiver, Bushing Removal) (1) onto the Kit, Pressing Tool 2026900170 and install another pressing nut and bearing (2).

6. Tighten the Kit, Pressing Tool 2026900170 and begin pressing the isolator (4) straight into the crossmember (3)

7. Continue pressing the isolator into the crossmember until the tool Installer, Bushing 2054503130 (2) seats fully against the crossmember flange (3).
8. Install the exhaust. Refer to PIPE, EXHAUST CROSSUNDER, INSTALLATION .
9. Install the rear engine mount bracket. Refer to INSULATOR, ENGINE MOUNT, REAR, INSTALLATION .
