Module, Electronic Limited Slip Differential (ELSD): Installation

  1. Install the Electronic Limited Slip Differential (ELSD) module (1) in the vehicle.
  2. Secure the module mounting nuts (2) and tighten to 7 Nm (5 ft. lbs.).
  3. Connect the body wire harness connectors (3) to the module connector receptacle.
  4. Install the carpet to its original position.
  5. Install the left rear seat. Refer to SEAT, REAR, INSTALLATION .
  6. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to CABLES, BATTERY, INSTALLATION .
  7. Perform the Electronic Limited Slip Differential (ELSD) Module Verification Test. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
