3.0L Diesel

  1. Install the coolant temperature sensor (1) and tighten to 30 N.m (22 ft. lbs.).

  2. Connect the coolant temperature sensor wire harness connector (1).

  3. Install the Charge Air Cooler (CAC) hose (2) to the EGR air flow control valve elbow and securely tighten the clamp (1).
  4. Install the radiator crossmember. Refer to CROSSMEMBER, RADIATOR, INSTALLATION .
  5. Fill the cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  6. Connect the negative battery cable.
