2.2L Diesel EGT Sensor 1/2

  1. Install the Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) sensor 1/2 (4) into the Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC)/Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) (5) and tighten to the proper specification. Refer to SPECIFICATIONS .
  2. Install the EGT wire into the retainer (3).
  3. Attach the EGT sensor 1/2 wire harness to the retainer (2).
  4. Connect the EGT sensor wire harness connector (1).
  5. Install the engine cover.
  6. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector to the negative battery cable.
