Diagnostic Test

VERIFY THE DTC IS ACTIVE
NOTE:
Make sure the IOD fuse is installed and battery Voltage is between 10 and 16 Volts before proceeding.
1. Turn the ignition on.
2. Using a scan tool, read DTCs.
  Is the DTC active at this time?
  
  Yes
  - Perform the appropriate diagnostic procedure. Refer to BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM) - DTCS B1208-11 TO B2121-15 or BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM) - DTCS B212E-11 TO U1433-24 .
  No
  - Perform the Stored Lost Communication DTCs diagnostic procedure. Refer to COMMUNICATION - DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING .
