VALVE, Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Airflow Control: Installation: Installation

1. Clean the gasket surface areas.
2. Install a new O-ring gasket (1).

3. Install EGR air control valve (2). Tighten bolts (1) to 11 N.m (97 in. lbs.).
4. Connect EGR air control valve harness.
5. Connect air tube to air control valve and securely tighten clamp.
6. Install the engine silencer (2) and securely tighten fasteners.
7. Install engine cover.
8. Connect the negative battery cable.
