LOW COOLANT LEVEL
THERMOSTAT
ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE (ECT) SENSOR

Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. See  DTC-Based Diagnostics/MODULE, Powertrain Control (PCM) - Standard Procedure  .
