EGR Air Flow Control Valve

- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Disconnect the EGR air control valve (3) wiring harness connector. See Fig 1.
- Disconnect the charge air inlet hose.
- Remove the generator to intake manifold support bracket.
- Separate the oil level indicator tube and the vacuum pipe from the air control valve.
- Disconnect the EGR tube connected to the back of the air control valve.
- Remove the air control valve fasteners and the control valve assembly.
