EGR Air Flow Control Valve

- Clean all gasket mating surfaces.
- Install the gasket (4), seal (2) and the air control valve (3). Tighten the air control valve fasteners to 10.8 N.m (95 in. lbs.). See Fig 1.
- Install the EGR tube to the back of the air control valve.
- Connect the vacuum pipe and oil level indicator tube to the air control valve.
- Install the generator to intake support bracket. Tighten fasteners to 32.4 N.m (24 ft. lbs.).
- Install the charge air hose. Tighten clamp to 7 N.m (61 in. lbs.).
- Connect the wiring harness connector.
- Connect the negative battery cable.
