Right Rear Door Does Not Trip VTSS

Possible Causes:

• Passenger Door Ajar Circuit Malfunction
• Body Control Module

Testing

NOTE: The VTSS must arm properly for the result of this test to be valid.
1. With the DRBIII(R), read the PASS DOOR AJAR SW status. Open the Right Rear door. Does the DRBIII(R) display CLOSED? If yes, replace the Body Control Module. See BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM)  in REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST  . If no, see RIGHT REAR DOOR AJAR CIRCUIT OPEN  in DOOR AJAR. Perform VTSS VERIFICATION TEST  .
