Washer Operates Constantly With Ignition On

Ensure washer switch is in OFF position. Turn ignition on. Disconnect right multi-function switch connector. If washer stops operating, replace multi-function switch. If washer is operating, repair Brown wire (washer control switch output circuit) between Body Control Module (BCM) and washer pump for short to voltage.
